1. About TuriqShip

TuriqShip provides international shipping and logistics services from the United States of America to Ghana, including package forwarding, consolidation, air freight, and sea freight solutions.

2. Use of our services

By using TuriqShip services, you confirm that:
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You will provide accurate and complete information.
  • You will comply with all applicable shipping, export, and import laws.
Misuse of our services may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Personal U.S. address

Customers may be assigned a personal U.S. shipping address for receiving goods. This address is strictly for shipping purposes only and may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activity.

4. Prohibited & restricted items

TuriqShip does not ship prohibited items, including but not limited to:
  • Illegal substances, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Counterfeit or pirated goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Perishable goods without prior approval
  • Cash, precious metals, or high-risk valuables
If a prohibited item is discovered, it may be handled according to applicable laws and regulations.

5. Shipping & delivery timelines

Delivery timelines provided on the website or by our representatives are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier issues, weather conditions, or regulatory processes beyond our control.

6. Customs, duties & taxes

All shipments are subject to inspection by Ghana Customs and other regulatory authorities. Customers are responsible for:
  • Import duties
  • VAT and other applicable taxes
  • Clearance and handling fees
TuriqShip does not influence customs assessments or clearance decisions.

7. Pricing & payments

  • All shipping fees must be paid in full before shipment release.
  • Prices may change due to fuel surcharges, exchange rates, or regulatory updates.
  • Additional charges may apply if shipment details are inaccurate.

8. Insurance & liability

Insurance is not automatically included unless stated. Customers shipping high-value items are encouraged to request insurance coverage.
TuriqShip’s liability is limited to the shipping fee paid for the affected service and does not cover indirect or consequential losses.

9. Loss, damage & claims

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Supporting documents such as photos, invoices, and tracking details must be provided.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
TuriqShip is not responsible for seller packaging defects.

10. Storage & unclaimed shipments

  • Free storage is limited to a specified period.
  • Storage fees may apply after the free period.
  • Shipments unclaimed for 60 days may be deemed abandoned and handled according to policy where permitted by law.

11. Right to refuse or terminate service

TuriqShip reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for:
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  • Suspected fraud or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees

12. Website use & intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of TuriqShip and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
